We reserve the rights to reject or cancel any or all orders in the sole discretion of our site, for any reason or no reason and with or without notice.

Your Information:

Some information that you submit & provide to us via our Contact Us page will not be treated as confidential information and you should assume that it will be publicly view-able upon your submission i.e. user name, country, blog comments. If you don’t want to show your details in public, please do not submit any personal info i.e. your name, landline/cell number, email address, residence address, personal social media link or other identifying information that you do not want to be show publicly. You are not allowed to submit any personal information to us about other person without that person’s written consent. Buying Products:

Purchasing any product on RangiiStudio means, having access to its digital contents and to get a license to use it. If you buy any product from our site, you cannot cancel your order, if the order has been sent. In addition, as a Buyer, you agree that you will have access to your desired item, a license to use a digital content and any purchase of this kind is not eligible for re-imbursement under the PayPal Buyer Protection (User Agreement for PayPal Services).

Return/Refund Policy:

• You have to pay full payment if you buy any project which is deliverable within 24 working hours from us i.e. source code of any app/game or ready to publish app/game.
• You can apply for a refund only if your ordered product is different or not has such features as mentioned in its description. In only such case, we are responsible to refund your payment or fix issues to deliver you error free project.
• If you hire us to do work on any of your project i.e. reskin our/your app/game or develop new app/game, you have to pay 50% payment in advance for such custom orders.
• You’ll submit the rest of 50% payment of your custom order after completion of your project.
• We’ll deliver your complete project to you after receiving rest of all payment.
• If you receive your complete project after submitting all payment and you want to change anything in it after completion, then it will consider as extra task/tasks and you have to pay its charges of extras after communicating us via our support.
• We’ll not deliver you Assigned APK or provide you any live service until you clear all remaining payment of your project.
• If you are not willing to pay 50% advance payment of your custom order. You can contact us via our support or add us on skype to discuss it. Our Skype ID is: live:79deca80c5bf431b

Remember, we’ll develop and design your project as per your requirements. If there is any issue in it, you have to inform us in time while finalizing it as per your suggestions/requirements. For this, we’ll stay in touch with you and let you know time by time about each and everything of your project development and designing.

Order Cancellation Policy:

• It is strongly recommended to check demo APK file before order any product to confirm its features, functionalities/gameplay. Once you received your ordered product, it is non-returnable and your payment of that product is non-refundable if the app/game is fully featured as per the description on its product’s page.
• You can cancel your order before receiving the project within 6 hours. This condition applies only on ready projects i.e. source codes, readymade apps/games, which are deliverable within 24 hours.
• If you accidentally order a project more than one time, your extra paid amount will reserve in our vault. It will your choice to take it back into your account or use them in your next order.
• If you pay 50% in advance of your custom order by hiring us and cancel it in future without any reason before or after completion of your project. Your advance payment is totally non-refundable.

App/Console Suspension Concerns:

• We do not guarantee you that the product which you buy from Rangiistudio is free of errors. Buyer is the totally responsible if the app is “suspended” due to any dispute. WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE ABOUT THE EXACT WORKING OF APP/GAME AND NOTHING EXCEPT IT.
• We do not responsible of your account termination after publishing any app/game, purchased from our site.Buyer of the project is totally responsible if the console is “terminated” due to any dispute. WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE ABOUT THE EXACT WORKING OF APP/GAME AND NOTHING EXCEPT IT.

Copyright Concerns:

If you believe that any content, part or other information used our website infringes your copyright rights, you may request that we remove such info from this website. To do so, please submit a notice to us with the complete following details:

• Please completely identify the work that you believe has been infringed. Describe the type of work, and provide a copy of the work or website address at which we can review it.
• Please identify the content or other info that you believe infringes your work. To help us to locate the information on our website, please send us detailed info or screenshot (if necessary).
